Sewage Level Monitoring - Water Sources - Cork

Keynes Controls submersible sensors are being used by UCC to look at the effects of sewage pollution on the local ecology in waterways in, and around Cork. The small size of the sensor  combined with the stand-alone display unit made testing in low level water sources easy to undertake.

Instrumentation

The Keynes Controls ARGES Instruments operate stand-alone as is shown in the photographs, and as part of a multiparameter system.  The photos below show the ARGES Tryptophan sensor and display unit in operation. The low profile of the ARGES Tryptophan sensor means that it can be used in low level water sources.  The sensor measurements are shown in real-time on the display unit.
